NOTARY PUBLIC
This one-day course will teach you everything you need to know to pass the state notary exam and become a Notary Public. Costs for insurance and supplies will be explained at the class. Must be 18 years old, be a California resident, complete this course, pass the notary exam (45 multiple choice questions), and pass a background check. Late arrivals will not be permitted in class. You will be contacted prior to the course to obtain the $40 course book/material fee. Bring a $40 check or money order payable to “Secretary of State”, a legal form of I.D., a 2”x 2” color passport photo, and two #2 pencils.
